About Us

Legacy Housing Fund is a fund of Financial Counselors of America (FCA). FCA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, founded in 1991, whose headquarters are in Memphis, Tennessee. FCA is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, and an approved mortgage counselor for both Fannie Mae and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, difficult designations to achieve.

Legacy Housing Fund is the sister nonprofit agency to Military Housing Assistance Fund, founded in 2004 and helping many military families to achieve the American Dream they are defending. Military Housing Assistance Fund is a proud member of the United States Department of Defense's America Supports You network of charitable organizations helping military families.

Our mission is to expand housing opportunities to teachers, policemen, firemen, and medical professionals and to promote the value of home ownership as the foundation for building strong communities and personal security for these every day American Heroes.
