Why Legacy?

Homeownership in America is at an all time high with nearly 69% of all Americans owning their own home, however, many teachers, policemen, firemen, and medical professionals are not able to own their own home. We have all had those special teachers that inspired us to learn, to dream, and to grow. We all benefit from the very dangerous work that policemen and firemen do day after day, and whenever we are sick or need medical assistance, our medical professionals help take care of us all.
